Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach (AGWO) is a movement of Hope Initiative Alliance that offers holistic care for the migrant workers in Singapore through outreach and engagement activities. These provide social, psychological, and spiritual support for the guest workers.

Appreciation Programs
Through the Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach, Hope Initiative Alliance reaches out to about 20,000 migrant workers engaging with them at dormitories and recreation centres.
Skills Development and Education
The HIA Learning Academy is a coalition of course providers to teach courses in basic English, computer skills, and financial literacy to 750 graduates annually.
Sports and Wellness
We organise regular sports training and tournaments, particularly cricket, volleyball, and Kabaddi (facilitated by the Kabaddi Alliance of Singapore); and provide monthly basic health screenings for migrants.
Social Cohesion and Integration
We organize intercultural and interfaith activities, such as tours of the Harmony in Diversity Gallery; and host large-scale festive celebrations for occasions like Racial Harmony Day, Deepavali and Hari Raya holidays.
Social Welfare and Assistance
We conduct weekly engagements at recreation centres and distribute meals and other essential items to support the community.
