Alliance of Domestic Employees Outreach
Alliance of Domestic Employees Outreach (ADEO) is a movement of Hope Initiative Alliance that renders holistic care and support to our foreign domestic workers (FDWs) in Singapore through mental wellness programme, case management, awareness, and promotion to care for Domestic Employees’ (DEs) employers, recreation activities, and empowerment and skill- development. ADEO also seeks to establish a network of partners and encourage synergy collaborations and the sharing of resources and services, which will benefit the DEs and their employers.

Through the Alliance of Domestic Employees Outreach, Hope Initiative Alliance reaches out to 5,000 foreign domestic workers in Singapore every year.
Skills Development and Education
We facilitate workshops to empower domestic workers' learning, including digital literacy and confidence-building programs.
Social Cohesion and Integration
We organise monthly social gatherings and four-weekend year-end festive celebrations.
We facilitate MDW-led conversations (e.g., for International Women’s Day) and host mass appreciation events like National Day celebrations.
Social Welfare and Assistance
We provide case management and weekly outreach engagements. We also manage the Care Sisters peer-support initiative, where trained migrant domestic workers offer early support and a listening ear to peers experiencing stress or isolation.
