ADEO Skills Development and Training

Our skills development and training initiatives equip domestic workers with peer-support capabilities, leadership qualities, and digital skills through hands-on workshops. Additionally, in partnership with the National Library Board (NLB), ADEO runs literacy programmes that encourage MDWs to develop creative expression, self-confidence, and lifelong learning.
