MAPS (Micro-employment and Apprenticeship Pathways to Stability)
​The MAPS (Micro-employment and Apprenticeship Pathways to Stability) project is a 1.5-year pilot running from June 2026 to December 2027, funded by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) under the PATH Fund. It is designed to help rough sleepers and shelter residents to achieve income stability and sustainable employment through structured coaching, stipends, targeted job matching for micro-employment and apprenticeships, and post-placement retention mentoring.
