Hope Initiative Alliance (HIA) is an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) charity providing comprehensive care to lesser privileged, disadvantaged and marginalised individuals in Singapore, including citizens, residents, and migrant workers. Collaborating with partners from the people, private and public sectors, Hope Initiative Alliance provides charity services that aim to improve the quality of life for those with diverse social welfare needs.
